Videojug is now the clear market leader according to Quantcast and Comcast in the sector and owns its own content, which should allow it to fully exploit revenue streams across multiple platforms. The content is largely better than the UGC powered 5Min etc and the semi amateur expertvillage.com.

The financial/management team behind the company has a track record too, having created multi-billion dollar companies such as Autonomy, 365 Corp & Demon Internet, while its investor base looks far stronger than its competitors. Ms Cruickshank is also respected and has a good record in attracting capital and generating revenue. Expect changes ...

The whole sector is uncertain at the moment, but content, rights, audience and revenues will be the key - in that order. If Videojug improves its technology and more importantly makes more and better content then it should become the video version of about.com, which would make it worth in excess of $1 billion in my view.

It will take time and VERY deep pockets though ...

HowDoI - http://ouseful.open.ac.uk/howdoi - is a Google Custom Search Engine that returns results from several instructional video sites.

It was inspired by an earlier TechCrunch (US) post on this topic (on the Graspr launch...)
