Those mockups aren’t so crazy. Apple could theoretically reduce the iPhone’s functionality to a minimum, which might work for some, as the iPhone is heavy and media intensive right now.

In any case it’s unlikely that the Daily Mail would pick up this story first. Why ban them, though? Speculation and rumor is fun…
