BTW, can't really see Moulton or Coelho sweating it out in an underground club, but who knows...? Not that it wasn't like every other Friday night in a sweaty underground bar, but I was pretty amazed by the turnout of real people whom I had only ever seen as a bunch of tiny square photos and manga cartoons. There are a lot of great connections being made on Twitter, and there's a real camaraderie between users of the addictive updates. And that feeling continues long after the real-life meetings are finished. I wouldn't have been able to get my silly, catchy little song out to so many people without all the Twitterers going out of their way to pass on the YouTube link to their own Twitter networks.
