It’s cold and dark in November, especially in Finland. Following on from yesterday’s “Slush” conference in Helsinki, TechCrunch is hosting some panel discussions on startups in the Nordic and Baltic area of Northern Europe, featuring some of the hottest startups to come out of the region.
