This is a great way to save some money for start ups + if there’s only 2 or 3 of you in an office it can be a bit claustrophopic. It’s definitely more fun going into an office where there’s a few other people.

You know where else this might do really well? India. There, you are forced to rely on property brokers. Almost no one sublets, and the brokers totally control the market (with their high mark-ups). There are MANY buildings that have made cut backs and have lots of office space being unused, but they’re unable to do anything with it.
