		<description>Thanks for your comments Joe.   The idea really is for kids at school and school leavers to try out jobs and see if they like them.  If they do, we&#039;ll help them make the right educational choices and, further down the line, help them get jobs.  For the trading application we can run their actions through analytics and tell them, and recruiters if they so choose, whether they have what it takes.  This helps everyone and is firmly rooted in the real world.</description>
