It is actually a right angle quote (http://www.raquo.net), that is often used for  indicating a &quot;continue reading...&quot; option, which is actually what we provide: more to read.

f»dforward will only resides on sites of others. There will be no portal with popular blogposts or something like that. Because our name can&#039;t be registered as domain, we are unable to create that kind of portal, even if we wanted to.

It just small statement and reminder that we are all about being on your site improving it right there.</description>
