Good Luck to the investors who funded this venture.

I been looking at Startup for a long time and this is the worst Startup Implementation I have seen.

Its neither here or there.. Graphics lousy, user interface lousy and worse of all. No clear idea of what the users are supposed to see or do in the platform. If you ask me, I would say money wasted. Sounds like a newbie .

Rule number one in a start up. If you dont have a good product dont launch. It just makes the entire experience bad .

People will not come back in again..
Sounds like another 2nd life trying to push up numbers of users who register out of curiousity. Reality no active and repeat users.

This is actually a nice idea. It is nice to have a sense of geography when entering these online worlds; you can relate to them much more quickly.

When I play Civilization, for example, I often play on a world map. It's not simply that I like to know the map layout in advance. An actual world map imbues the game with a sense of history and makes 'place' more meaningful.

I imagine that people who play games such as WOW ultimately develop this same type of connection with maps that they are familiar with. But using an Earth map will give everyone with any sense of geography a connection to the game.
