VZnet Networks (new name of studiVZ Ltd.) is still far in front of Facebook in Germany and still the number 1.

meinVZ, studiVZ und schülerVZ belong together. You can say that they are seperate Networks, but it’s still one company. At least the meinVZ and studiVZ networks are connected and users from one network can send messages to a user in another. Altogther they have more than 15 Mio. users in germany and the users on the VZ Network spent more time on their networks than the german users of facebook.

Facebook has still to wait to get the number 1 in Germany.

This is just like what has happened with Bebo in Great Britain. Facebook simply has far too much to offer and is continually acting proactively. MySpace is next to fall.

i love this…FB will eat up the VZ crap networks soon, thats their price for standing still for years while FB has evolved into a great plattform for users and developers.

This is good news to e-marketers, since FB is the only “non-restrictive” social network in Germany. Application development, full open social support or advertisement is hard to go with studivz, xing, wkw, etc…
