As a result the application will now be preloaded on all LG and Samsung phones globally and well as on a new Garmin device. Since many users don’t really care which application they are using as long as it has the basic features required, pre-installs seem like a smart move.

The funny thing I observed, is that the GUI of this app looks very iPhone-ish. I just wonder what would happen when you press "menu" button on an Android phone...
Of course there are no guidelines for making the GUI of Android apps.

Nice, but I hope I don't like it. I can just see how the conversations will go with friends, "... oh yeah, I'm using the gypo app..." SWEEEET!

Tweetmondo have quite a nice lil loc based app, just getting to grips with it, but the interface is really nice. And I don't have to tell my friends I'm using a gypo.
