We've just started, there's two of us. I am the business and product guy and my partner is the software guy. We are starting with no money at all so we can't hire any developer and my partner is doing all the coding; I can't help although I am trying to learn as much as I can about SEO, SEM and design to keep moving and really spending as little as we can. But, we are going slowly because we only have one person coding. I see this my biggest issue in the first 100 days of operation (we are pre-launch). I am concerned with speed.
