A sure fire disaster waiting to happen, especially if Music Networx are involved. It just does not make any sense to do this, and will fail, just like spotify will not last 12 months from now. Why can people not think things through before throwing money at them. It is greed, not sense..

If it’s anything like the current simfy.de it will be a complete disaster. Never has a site been more confusing and had such limited functionality. I’m STILL trying to work out exactly how to play any music on it! It just says “track not available” for everything, even tracks uploaded by me. So what’s the point exactly?

I wonder why Philipp didn’t protest but I will do this now: I would definitely not call simfy a Last.fm clone. And a Spotify clone neither.

Last.fm and simfy definitely are doing different things. And Spotify was not the first service either to stream music.

I know it might be tempting to call apps within the same field clones, but not every service actually is.
