(Been given some truly terrible term-sheets in the past. So ridiculously one-sided you would have to be mad/flat broke to sign.)

£40M fund with deal sizes in excess of £500K sounds like they’ll want a few home runs ala Bebo and Lastminute. (Its what Europe needs too.)

That’s weird… must have thought I was typing HTML. Try again:

VC model or angel model? I.e. earlier than 3yr exits on 3-5x multiples or greater than 5yr exists on 10x multiples? Is the fund build on the expectations the entrepreneurs will go onto a later VC round, or is this funding to exit (which it seems like it is, judging from the “lean” remarks).
